"Excellent service"

I have leaved in the area for the past 8 years. Since we first registered with Colne practise we have always been so happy with the customer service we have received from the member of staff but also the care from the Doctors too. Being a mother of three and having children in school with all the viruses going around, you seem to book more frequent appointments to the GP. Always have had appointments on the same day if I call early enough. But also there has been emergency in the late afternoon and still got an appointment. I can not fault Colne practise on this. My husband had a serious illness which was caught by the doctor on a routine check and the referrals and the care plan he received is amazing. Potentially saved his life. We are ever so grateful. The staff and doctors are also polite and listen carefully to your concerns. Always helpful and friendly. Consider the cuts in NHS our personal opinion is Colne practise is a very good. We are grateful for the service we receive.
