About: Borders General Hospital / General Surgery (Ward 7) Borders General Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I'm currently in ward 16 as I was moved from ward 7 to provide more bed space. However at first I was disappointed as I had made friends on ward 7 but now I am really pleased as the staff on ward 16 seem to have more time to provide me with the support I need. They are prompt efficient and above all they are very friendly and caring. 

Ward 7 were good and I had no problems there. However ward 16 is a delight to stay on and I thank all the staff who currently work there.

Thank you for your positive feedback for both ward 7 and ward 16. In ward 16 we appreciate it can be difficult when moving from one ward to another so we are pleased this has been a positive experience for you.
