"Intrusive Thoughts & OCD."

About: Thurrock Mind

(as the patient),

For months I was struggling with intrusive thoughts making me anxious and ill, thinking I was going crazy. Until I finally got help and learned different techniques and ways to cope and get over my intrusive thoughts and OCD. The therapist was extremely helpful, friendly and calm each session and finding out more about what was going on with me.

The knowledge and techniques learned from the therapist helped my anxiety levels drop and my intrusive thoughts didn't appear as often and my worries and anxiety about them faded, feeling back to my normal self.

I am in a much better frame of mind and state now than I was 8 months ago, I am very grateful to the therapy centre and therapist. I would recommend it to anyone needing help!

It's great to know that you were able to put into practice what you learned in therapy and it has made such a difference for you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and your recommendation to others to seek the help they may need.

Wendy
