"Friendly and welcoming staff that make you feel..."

I recently visited Grantham hospital to have an echocardiogram done. As I was attending by myself, I was slightly nervous about this however the member of the cardiology department who conducted the scan was absolutely amazing. She really made me feel at ease and although any type of scan isn’t very relaxing, I felt completely comfortable due to her friendly and kind nature. The lady is an absolute credit to the department and I would like to pass on my thanks to her as she made the whole experience incredibly easy and as simple and as comfortable as it could be.
