"Excellent staff"

I went to A&E on a saturday night so I knew I was in for a long wait. I was eventually admitted to a bed in A&E until I was transferred to Billericay Ward. I was very well looked after until my endoscopy procedure to remedy my ailment on Monday morning. Then discharged Monday evening. I can say with hand on heart that every member of staff was extremely pleasant and utterly professional, apart from one woman organising and serving meals. She seemed to think that any form of bedside manner was only required by medical staff. But then again I have no way of knowing how patients before me had treated her, so I can’t be too critical and the next person on shift doing the same job was very pleasant. The bits of the hospital that I saw were very clean and tidy.

Overall as pleasant an experience as a hospital visit could be.
