"Dirty, Late, wrong advice, no service to offer..."

About: Clover City Practice

Bad experience. GP was late to see me, and then failed to put a referral through for an abscess I had on my shoulder until I rang and chased what was happening. Was just told to wait for letter to arrive - unacceptable as was in a lot of pain. I've had the surgery, and the GP practice are now unable to offer regular aftercare because a) nurse only there a couple of days a week and b) it's half term so the nurse is off. Was advised to go to walk-in where I'll be sat for 3 hour waiting for a dressing to be changed.

In addition, I find the building and practice to be dirty and unpleasant. Changing GP's immediately.
