"A&E Tuesday 13 May"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

I came into A&E around 4am with a resting heart rate of 114b that had lasted hours, either triggered by or resulting in a panic attack. The staff were AMAZING. So friendly, put me at ease (as much as they could for someone in panic), very polite and they did everything they could to make sure it was nothing sinister. Can’t thank them enough for their fabulous service, I dealt with probably 6 different people and they all genuinely cared about me and what I was going through.
