"My view of the practice.."

i have been with this practice for 25 years, numerous doctors have come & gone. Most of the time it’s run well, but I have been let down on a few occasions. Majority of reception staff are very helpful & understanding, the odd one isn’t. One particular lady GP goes above and beyond, and makes you feel like you’re not being a nuisance, she listens and is proactive. Just a shame you can hardly ever get to see her.

The main problem with the practice is never any online appointments, and when you call at 8am or 3pm for emergency appointment, you alway end up on hold for 15/20 minutes then they have none available or you conveniently get disconnected.
