"Martin winham fell when doing the ravenscar 10k"

Hi. I travelled over from west Yorkshire to do the ravenscar 10k.i fell on one of the dirt tracks and was attended at the scene. The Scarborough mountain rescue team were Brilliant. I was then taken to Scarborough hospital by very professional paramedics.

I was taken to accident and emergency and the staff there were brilliant,especially the girl in resus. She was very professional and excellent at her job. While in hospital I was treated really well and I cant thank everyone enough. Highly recommend Scarborough hospital.keep up the excellent work.thanks again.
