"Registration frustration"

Just been before closing time today to Lakeside Corby for a with registration forms, wanted some help with filling some confusing lines paperwork. Brought documents, been briefly told what to do, were very tired after work today, had more questions, been constantly ignored while looking at the whispering gossiping careless receptionists, to the point where a lady told us that we should come on other day and it was about 10 min left of their working hours, so spent overall half an hour waiting for assistance, and been mistreated, and disrespected. Shame. Decided not to register anymore as their attitude speak for itself. Joke of a place. Was expecting anything but that. Thank you.

I am really sorry that this was your experience.

We have some really excellent staff in our team and usually the feedback is very positive so I am disappointed that for you on this occasion we did not demonstrate that.

I will share and discuss this with our Patient Services Manager and Reception team as this is not the kind of service I expect from our team.
