Went above and beyond! I phoned the surgery at 6.20pm on a Friday evening as my husband realised he was due to run out of his tablets on the Sunday. The receptionist was absolutely amazing, she explained that the surgery was due to close in 10 minutes but would speak to a doctor and call me back. True to her word she phoned back within 2 minutes and managed to get a Dr to sign the prescription and sent across to Torquay Road Pharmacy for us to collect on the Saturday. A huge thank you on behalf of me and my husband, we are extremely grateful.
