I want to say I am the carer of someone who uses the service. The reason why I am complaining is when they came off the drink and were having seizures they were put on librium from BGH, then the alcohol team came out and finished his course.
We then went to Burleigh Court to follow up and we asked for antabuse and camprol and only got one dose of camprol and no antabuse, I feel we have had no help at all from Burleigh Court.
In my view they did not do their job right and we did I get passed from pillar to post and I would like to know why, I am not happy at all with the service I received from Burleigh Court.
