"Literally the worst surgery!"

I’ve been with this surgery for 6 years and it’s progressively got worse. I have had numerous poor experiences in recent years these ranging from difficulty getting through on the phone to being triaged and given wrong results over the phone by unqualified receptionists!! This last episode however is the straw that broke the camels back. I have recently turned 40 and was asked by the doctor to attend an NHS health check, upon attending I had two finger prick tests which both flagged up as high, I was advised that I needed further blood tests and that the doctor would call me to discuss. Having waited 2 and a half days and being told by three different receptionists two different results from my tests I was finally advised that the doctor wasn’t sure why I wanted to speak to her!!! Having been told by unqualified staff that my tests were both ok and not ok and being refused a call to discuss by the doctor I find myself confused, worried and looking for another surgery! Bottom line is they don’t know what they’re doing. Reception are a joke, that’s if they even bother to answer the phone, not sure where the focus of this place is but it’s certainly not on the patients!!
