"Cannot get through to booking office!"

About: Bridgwater Community Hospital

The booking office for Podiatry cancelled my appointment, and sent me a new by letter have tried to ring many times as it not suitable. All I have been getting a message all lines are busy. I know . every time I ring it is costing me money why can we not have a free number to ring, as I have tried to ring over two day now. How can people ring to cancel within 24 hours if they cannot get through to you?

I am really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience in trying to get hold of the Podiatry Booking Office. I will look into why there has been a delay however in the meantime, please do contact PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) on 01278 432022 who will be able to help you get your appointment sorted, if you haven't yet been able to contact someone.
