After waiting nearly 6 months for a referrral at ENT clinic got a letter today for an appointment at Pilgrim in June. I tried to ring the Lincoln number stated as there was going to be a problem with this to be told that I was no 70 in the queue needless to say I hung up

In view of the time I had to wait I asked for a referral to Specsavers Audiology and got an appoinTment in 2 weeks, I have now been fitted with a pair of hearing aids which was what I was after in the first place. THE REFERRAL SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK! TAKES MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND

THEN YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO AMEND AN APPOINTMENT..If you cannot get through on the phone and you are not online what the hell do you do SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK.

So please cancel this appointment.
