"Quick and efficient"

I was working outside and banged the top of my head. As there was still blood after 3 hours, I went to Ilkeston Hospital but was worried that I might be wasting their time as I felt fine apart from that. However, the receptionist was very reassuring and I saw a nurse within 10 minutes. She confirmed that the wound needed some glue and applied it straight away. She also was reassuring and very helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was very impressed that you were open on a Sunday. Thank you all.
