Had an appointment with the local community dental practitioner...not just scared. terrified..and with a bad gag reflex....she talked me through it..explained I would HAVE to have impressions taken...a fall flat on my face took out 3 teeth at the front...the lady stroked my hand counted down the seconds with me..and it was done. ! . got reffered to lincoln county hospital for roots taken out..the dental dr spent half hr on phone to me prior to admittance and said I could ring him if I had concerns..went out of his way..told because of my other conditions and that my diabetes was high they could only sedate me...told id be awake but asleep...couldnt quite get my head round that but the lovely dental dr assured me and asked me to trust him....(so loveley I could have adopted him)...and he was right...the moment that stuff wrnt into the cannular I was out cold..knew nothing..fantastic care..lovely staff..and brilliant drs. xxxx.
