(as the patient),

I’m very happy, very satisfied. I get very good care here and even though I can’t get up the stairs they always see me down stairs. Usually I can get in to see my GP but if you can’t – well you can always get another one.

Thank you for your very positive response and comments. We are planning some changes to our appointment bookings which will allow a more flexible use of the downstairs room. More news on that shortly.
