"Ballater Triage"

I love that I am able to email the Ballater triage and I am very impressed with the response I get. As a working mum with two children under five, it can be difficult to take time off in the hope that I can get an appointment when required. Emailing the surgery triage along with photos works perfectly for us as a family. We are either given an appointment or simply the appropriate advice required on a callback with the doctor that same morning. Great service.
