"Excellent treatment when I had my new knee."

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I was admitted to Neustadt-Welton ward in early March 2019 for a knee replacement. I was extremely nervous as I had reached the age of 66 without any previous operations. I was surprised to be in a room of my own. The treatment I received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the ward staff and my operation has made a big difference. I am without pain in my right knee and am now looking forward to having the other one done. My thanks to the Health Service and the Orthopaedic department.

We aim to provide high quality and personal care, your feedback is valued and will be shared with the team on Neustadt-Welton. They will, I am sure, be thrilled to read your feedback.

So good to read that your first operation has been successful and you're now pain free.

Wishing you the best for your second operation

Regards
