My daughter was admitted with appendicitis and required emergency surgery.
The care we received from the point of arrival to when she was discharged, was outstanding.
The surgical team were friendly, professional and made me feel that my daughter was in good hands.
The ward staff and nurses were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff that we encountered were exceptional and helpful.
Hospitals can be scary places when our loved ones are in surgery, yet I never felt alone. Thank you to the PAU team, ward 21 staff and the surgical team, you treated my daughter with dignity, respect and care.
