"Terrible A&E."

My mother came into A&E on the Thursday. Spent all day here after arriving in an ambulance. She was sent home with a form to return next morning for a CT scan. Not given a scan and was sent back to A&E to start the whole process again. She is 82 and in terrible pain not able to lay down anywhere. She is in so much pain and being ignored. I’m am going to take her home as she cannot sit through this again if anything happens to her we will be holding the hospital to account. Terrible how they treat elderly patients. No respect or dignity
