The man with whom I had my consultation was polite and helpful - it was a fairly minor matter, but causes me a certain amount of difficulty,

What could be improved

I am unaccustomed to having a consultation in a room that was hardly bigger than a broom cupboard. It was cluttered (a briefcase on the floor with a jacket on top of it - surely a coat hook is not an expensive item to provide) and generally barely appropriate for the purpose, it serves a variety of uses and certainly lacked the kind of environment necessary for any consultation . My appointment was about 15 minutes overdue and I was aware of a degree of stress in the representative of the department.
