(as a service user),

I would like to say a big thank you to Yvonne, Nick and Kathrine at The Trelawney Scanning Department at Treliske Hospital, Cornwall, for their kindness today.

There was a confusion {on my part, not theirs } that I turned up at Treliske  instead of going to West Cornwall Hospital, Penzance.

 They were really understanding and managed to fit me in for my scan between their busy schedule.

I can not thank them enough for their care today.
