"An excellent surgery"

I have been a patient at Alpine House for 7 years and I cannot fault the service I have received over these years, from the team on the front desk to the doctors and nurses, they are all a credit to the profession. I have always been able to get an appointment on the same day or have been able to speak to a doctor or nurse on the phone. I have always been made to feel cared for and listened to. The care I have received, including that of my family has always been of high quality and very thorough, this include diagnosis, referrals and test results. The surgery itself is very well looked after and clean, and the new extension has been a great addition. I feel really proud to have such a great surgery in the village and highly praise the service we receive. Thank you to all the team at Alpine House for making it a friendly and welcoming surgery and for the hard work they put in. I would also like to thank the pharmacy linked to the surgery as they are always also very friendly, welcoming and caring, and happy to help no matter what.
