What I liked
Only had a minor op and was in for the day. From the moment I got there I was treated with care and thoughtfullness by all of the staff at the hospital. They were friendly, quick, funny and put me at ease - made such a difference. I met the surgeon first thing who is really nice and very professional then after I met the anethatest (Can't spell). I was given all information and encouraged to ask questions and given time.
When I was taken to the theatre the staff really did put me at ease and chatted to me like i'd known them for years. From going in to going to sleep we must have got through 20 subjects. Work, football, tele, holidays etc etc
Post op care was great too and the food was lovely. Thank you all for making my time in hospital enjoyable! thank you.
What could be improved
Nothing that I could think of woul dhave made the whole process any esay or better.
