(as a service user),

After my Stroke I was asked as part of my recovery would I like to attend the HARP exercise classes. I thought having an artificial leg this was not for me but I was wrong. Alison and Lesley were very aware and did not ask me to do anything that would hinder my recovery. I finished the course, my fitness was better my balance was better and I regained a lot of confidence. Thank you for your wonderful support on my road to recovery.
