The surgeon was efficient, professional and made me feel safe in his care. He explained everything clearly enabling me to know what treatment was available. His team were kind and considerate and I left Worcester Hospital with a totally different opinion as to what I’d had before my visit. It would not have been my first choice having heard all the negative reports in the media. I will not have any concerns returning to this clinic in the future.
