(as a relative),

My father was admitted to CCU last week and is still receiving care there whilst awaiting a bed in another ward.   I just want to put on record my thanks and that of my family for the fantastic dedication and care shown by all staff there who provide a fabulous service for patient and family, whilst under obvious staffing pressures.     The practitioners in the NHS are tops! !
