"Lovely receptionists"

First impressions count and the receptionists here leave a positive one. I've been with this practice for over 2 years and in this time they have always been very courteous, helpful and friendly. Having 2 small children mean they get sick suddenly.

I've had no problems trying to get appointments here and if none were available they would always suggest the medical centre in Beckenham. Weekend appointments have also been available too. We don't necessarily see our appointed GP each time which isn't a problem because I find that the GPs here are friendly and patient enough to take the time to listen to our problems. The electronic check in makes check in easier.

The waiting time to be seen varies, sometimes I've not had to wait more than 5 minutes, other times it has been 30 minutes.

If there is one thing I would say is I would have liked to be able to have more services here.

For example, during pregnancy I had to travel to the hospital for appointments.

I would have liked to have had more appointments here instead.
