"shocking phone system"

I have been trying for days to get an appointment with the GP. Calling first thing at 8am you’re disconnected due to the high volume of calls, and by 8.05am all appointments have gone. The receptionists are just so unhelpful and make you feel like you’re a complete inconvenience. I know it must be difficult to repeat the same feedback to so many callers “sorry you can’t have an appointment “ but I am a real person and not feeling my best, I just want to feel as if I matter. I am now considering going to another GP practice
