"Impressive care"

My experience of the care given at St Paul's has been very impressive. The cheerful, friendly nurses and doctors keep you well informed at every stage, move you through the different departments efficiently and professionally, providing excellent care, encouragement and reassurance both before, during and after consultations, scans and injections, at a time when you may appear outwardly calm but are inwardly anxious and nervous. The only hiccup in the system occurs when you are told to make future appointments and a receptionist informs you there are none available within the time suggested, so delays can occur, but this is presumably an inevitable result of the success and not surprising popularity of the department, which is worth waiting for.
