"Worst A & E ever attended"

I have been in London for work and unfortunately end up visiting St Heliers hospital. I have been waiting for 5 hours and been told it will be another 2 hours as its only 2 doctors to check 60 patients. Infact the receptionist keep changing the times on notice board. Lucky enough to be attended after 7 hours was the worst ever wait I have ever experienced or heard of. The attitude of the staff was very rude and it was a straight message that wait or leave.
