What I liked
I was sent to have a scan at 39 weeks because they thought the baby wasn't growing correctly and to have some blood tests. My midwife told me to go to Stoke after lunch.
I arrived at 12:30pm and the receptionist told me my appointment wasn't till 3pm. She phoned through to the department and i was told to go through to the waiting room. Before i even sat down the nurse called me through. I had bloods taken, then my scan and a monitor on the baby.
Everything was explained to me what was going to happen, staff were friend efficent and i felt in good hands. Even though i was very early for my appointment i was seen so quickly and felt reassured.
I could not fault the staff or the hospital at all.
What could be improved
Nothing
"Great staff a real credit to the NHS."
