(as the patient),

Recently I have just given birth to my second child. I just want to acknowledge the fantastic team of staff at Berwick Hospital who looked after me and my newborn son. 

Having to get induced was a terrifying idea, my labour ended up being extremely fast and very daunting. Had it not been for Kelly, Fiona and Dr Bano and their great care, it would have been an awful experience. They were all so thorough and couldn’t have done anymore for me and my son. My aftercare was predominantly provided by Kerrie at ward 17, she again was absolutely fantastic, explaining everything very clearly and putting me at constant ease.

Our staff really do value such feedback and I will ensure your review is received by the Berwick team, and in particularly the staff you highlight.

Birth can be a challenging but memorable time, and I am delighted that we were able to make your experience as positive as possible, for you and your family.
