"No Response/Letter for next appointment"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose and Throat

I had a hospital appointment on 4th April and the Dr said that I'd receive a letter for my next appointment. It's been over a month and I haven't received anything! I've been trying to call ENT and I'm just being passed from call to call, sometimes the phone rings and disconnects and i'm back to dialling numbers! I'm really struggling to breathe due to my deviated septum and my asthma is affecting this too. Please could someone get in contact with me or look into this as I am desperate for my next appointment!!!
