"Nightmare to get through and most of the GP’s..."

About: Brockwell Medical Group

Getting through on the phones is an absolute nightmare and 9 out of 10 times when you do get through you get told it’s medical emergencies only. When I have spoken to the doctors a fair few of the GP’s just fob you off and make you feel like your problem isn’t important. In addition to this I’ve been on a medication for anxiety and depression since August which I’m supposed to speak to a GP about every month but it’s such a nightmare getting through to someone I frequently end up missing doses. This month I’ve been without them for 2 weeks because of the lack of appointments. The receptionists could do with some customer service training and don’t listen to what you say half the time. When ordering a routine repeat prescription for epipens I was given another patients prescription folded inside mine and I’ve been given prescriptions unsigned before too. When you work full time it’s not practical to be sitting on the phone for 30-40 minutes trying to get through to someone.
