(as a relative),

My dad was admitted to Ward 5, following a suspected stroke / bleed on the brain this weekend.   Whilst on his stay on the ward, every member of staff excelled in every way possible.   The receptionist, the nursing staff, the cleaning staff, the health care support workers, the consultants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists  and the porters all showed care and compassion and I have to say it was a warm caring environment.   I cannot thank  the  staff enough for showing empathy and making a distressing time feel more comfortable.   My dad was discharged home and is recovering well.
