"Couldn't be happier!"

I read all too often, people taking a swipe at the NHS, and sometimes the staff. I would like to comment (admittedly for the first time) that in all the visits, over the years, that I have had to make I have been unable to fault the care, attitude and quality of treatment I have had under the NHS, particularly at Hull Royal Infirmary and at their Castle Hill sites in Hull. Whilst one doesn't necessarily look for fault, it strikes me that the very fact you get such great care warrants you to take it for granted. Sure the waiting times for an appointment are sometimes longer than you would like, but that's an effect of the numbers of people wanting treatment from a possibly under funded provider (just an opinion). I have the greatest respect for the people at the NHS I have met, and unfortunately also yet to meet, but a couple of experiences as a private patient have made me realise even more, how good these people of the NHS are, thank you, thank you!!
