I had been struggling with my sight for 30+ years and as I got older, cataracts aggravated my poor vision.
These monocular lenses I now have following surgery are incredible.
It is wonderful to open my eyes in the morning and see the clock without fumbling for my glasses and everything is so sharp and beautiful.
The procedure is an absolute doddle and there is nothing to be afraid of.
I don't think I was more than 10 minutes before the surgeon said, "That's it, you're done."
No needles, just anaesthetising eye drops.
Never felt a thing and all staff were very reassuring and supportive. Thank you for giving me my sight back.
