"Excellent care during the delivery of my baby"

Firstly the birthing suite was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, knowledgable, I felt the care was personal and I was treated as an individual. My birth had a few complications which resulted in a lot of examinations by different members of staff but everything was explained to me and I had so many people checking that I was ok all of the time - it felt really special, like everyone was as excited about my baby as I was, even they do it so many times a day! I felt like I was in safe hands and the aftercare was good, almost all of the ward nurses were lovely. I’d like to thank all of the staff that helped deliver my baby safe and sound for such amazing care.
