"Individual nurse kindness made my day"

What I liked

Please pass on my sincere thanks to the nurse in A & E who dealt with a family member of mine today. I know I can't name her but she had lots of previous experience working with alcoholics and her kindness and understanding gave me the strength I needed to help my family member. She could see I was upset (sad) and showed me where to get a cup of tea and encouraged me to have a break. Thank you so much, your kindness will never be forgotten and our family are keeping their fingers crossed that this will be the start of a journey of recovery.

What could be improved

The ambulance staff laughing, joking, greeting old friends in a way that was totally inappropriate in this environment.

No chairs available anywhere for relatives to sit on in majors. I understand this might be a safety issue but I was on my feet for hours.
