"All services require improvement"

About: The Devonshire Practice

I have found a few times that the Surgery may forget to inform me that they received my report coming from one of the Hospitals. Another important thing is that I have had two important operations to my stomach a few years ago and an endoscopy recently so I had to see one of the Doctors from the surgery to ask for advice because I'm in massive pains and agony and I already tried all treatments recommended but nothing worked and these pains affected my basic life and all that I was told in the end it was " well you have to try one more time another treatment and this is all I can do for you, anyway, I've done too much today"!!!I have to mention that I was his first client on that day and I have never seen this doctor before so I haven't had any idea what exactly was that affirmation coming from him. So, no help, just an insignificant prescription with the recommendation that I need to call 999 if the pains are getting worse. I have forgotten to say that I'm an RGN and I have knowledge about how that situation could be managed. Anyway it's just one of several other unpleasant incidents to the surgery so of course now I need to find another surgery with caring people who supossed to help and guide us not just to spread prescriptions because they are too "tired and bored" to get involved in the quality of life improvement.Shame!
