"No quality of life"

About: University College Hospital / Accident and emergency

Surgery on 17/02/2018. Since then no quality of life.Very reduce mobility with the most excruiating pain from my waist to my knees. Had more than 100 falls in the last two years.I finally saw the doctor on the 23/12/2018 where I signed the consent form for a Diagnostic Laparoscopy. Had a voice message on my phone telling me that I have been removed from the list for surgery. Yesterday it was confirmed to me that I have been removed from the surgical list. Is this the greater choice and improvement in care and greater involvement and accountability for the public? Why was I removed from the list? Aren't I a human being who have paid my taxes and served the NHS for 43 years. This hospital has destroyed my life. If I was an animal I would have been put to sleep. If the person responsible for removing me from the list please put yourself in my situation. Would I recommend this hospital to the world? Yes because there are some good staff employed there but not sure if I would recommend for urogynae surgical procedures.
