"MAin Reception Woman Curt and Short"

Impossibly to find an extension number online so had to call the 01273 696955 number. Lady that answered was just so curt and rude. I ask for a department - the First Fit Clinic - she had never heard of - fair enough it was given to me by East Surrey Hospital, but when I explained the department she just wasn't interested. So I said Neurology - she said Urology. I said No - Neurology so she said I will put you through to General Appointments ! As I butted in to explain I want Neurology she put me through to a department I didn't want!!

Rude, incompetent, curt woman. Clearly under-pressure yes, but still no need for her shortness.
