I arrived at the drop-in clinic for hearing aids and had barely had time to sit down before I was called in by one of the staff. He quickly ascertained that the unit was faulty, collected a replacement and programmed it using the data associated with my records. Within 15 minutes of arriving in the department, I was walking away with a fully functional replacement. The member of staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend thisdepartment highly enough.
