"My Daughter's Care in Paediatrics"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

Last Thursday we got sent from the GPs to the pediatric ward. We ended up staying 4 days. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. Everything was explained clearly so we had a great understanding of what was happening and why.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. 

Even though you could see everyone was working hard they always made time to check on you which as a parents ment so much when in a stressful situation.

We are so grateful to all the help we received. We are truly great full

Thank you for taking the time to feedback - it is appreciated and will be shared with staff. Hospital can be a very stressful place when a relative is ill but particularly when it is your child. I'm glad you felt supported and I hope your daughter is feeling better.
