(as a parent/guardian),

Recently I thought my newborn baby daughter was poorly as her breathing didn't sound right. We were given an out of hours urgent care appointment at Childwall Fiveways centre. The GP we saw Dr Caldwell was the kindest, most understanding Dr I have ever encountered. He took the time to get to know me and my daughter, showed a genuine interest in my concerns and gave my baby girl a full check up. I cannot express how wonderful this Dr is, experiences like this make you truly thankful for the NHS. I only wish Dr Caldwell was my regular GP!

We are very glad to hear your experience was a positive one but we must let you know that the service you accessed was PC24 who operate Extended Hours across Liverpool and not Oak Vale, and we will be sure to let them know.
