I have been under the care of the of the CPAP team to help manage my Sleep Apnoea for a number of years and the service they provide is excellent and has improved my day to day life dramatically. Every appointment is actually on time rarely any waiting. I am treated with total respect by all team members when I visit. Appointments are more like visiting old friends than a hospital appointment! One in particular is awesome and makes me laugh every time. Nothing is touch much trouble from asking daft questions to requesting spares for my machine through out the year. Phoned today to request a new strap for the mask it will be in the post today and I will get it first class. Its hospitals like Fairfield, the services they offer and the dedicated and brilliant staff that run them that make the NHS the envy of the world. Fairfield should be a model hospital to inspire others (Yes Tameside I am looking at you!)
