"Fantastic podiatry service at Kirkby health centre, but disabled parking could be improved"

About: Community Health Services / Podiatry Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Kirkby

(as the patient),

I would just like to say this is one of the best things to happen for me. As a back sufferer I have great difficulty bending to tend to my feet properly and I also have diabetes and feel safe in the knowledge that if there is anything wrong it will be spotted quickly.

There is only one thing I would like to say about the parking facilities, I go to the Kirkby Health Centre and since these new regulations all of the disabled praking has gone and for blue badge holders, like myself, this creates difficulties.

Dear Famous62

I would like to express my thanks for taking the time to send such a kind compliment regarding the podiatry treatment you receive at Kirkby Health Suite. It is wonderful that you have expressed that your visits are one of the best things that happen to you and that you feel you are in such safe hands.

I will ensure that your compliment is passed on to the podiatry staff providing your care.

I would also like to thank you for your comment regarding the parking as this is very valuable feedback and I will pass this on to our Business Manager for Operational services.

With best wishes
